Academic Orientation: CHE Faculty Prepare for New Semester

𝙄𝙉 𝙁𝙊𝘾𝙐𝙎| Faculty members of the College of Healthcare Education (CHE) gathered today, June 30, at Coffee & Lemon in Samoki, Bontoc for the Academic, RLE, and Professional Orientation, where University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue inspired participants by highlighting the vital role of educators through the analogy of salt.

“BE LIKE SALT. Ti asin nu agluto ka ket saan nga makita nu mangan kan, ngem with its absence ket walang lasa yung pagkain. Kasla metlang kanyayu, you may not always be the most visible presence in the institution, and your work may sometimes feel quiet or taken for granted. But like salt, your value is essential. It is only when it is missing that its importance becomes undeniable.”, said Dr. Cue.

The orientation also served as a venue for discussing academic policies, RLE guidelines, professional expectations, and institutional priorities in preparation for the new semester.
