
The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) community once again came together for their weekly flag-raising ceremony, hosted by the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Office at the University Admin Lobby, today June 29, 2026.
One highlight of the program was the unveiling of the university’s in-house developed information systems, a testament to the ICT Office’s innovation and dedication. These systems include:
• IQA Filing System
• Faculty Evaluation System
• Human Resources Information System
• University Knowledge Portal
• Online Hotel Booking Simulation System
These platforms are designed to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the university’s digital transformation journey.
The ceremony also recognized the commendable efforts of the working team behind MPSU’s participation in the Times Higher Education Sustainability Impact Ratings 2026, underscoring the institution’s commitment to global academic excellence and sustainability.
In addition, the university warmly welcomed its newly appointed COS-Teaching faculty, marking another step in expanding MPSU’s academic community and strengthening its teaching force.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue graced the ceremony, acknowledging the university’s achievements and milestones with a message that inspired the community to continue striving for excellence,
