Mountain Province State University (MPSU) and the Bureau of Fire Protection–Mountain Province (BFP-MP) formally strengthened their partnership through a Ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing today, June 29, held at the University Board Room.
Said ceremony was led by University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue representing MPSU, and FCINSP Victor T. Sayapen Jr., representing BFP-MP.
This collaboration goes beyond capacity-building, extending into research, extension services, and practical engagements that will strengthen both institutions’ ability to serve the community.
