
๐ง๐ฎ๐ฏ๐๐ธ, ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ฎโMountain Province State University (MPSU) actively participated in the ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฑ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ (๐ฃ๐๐๐๐) ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ held at Kalinga State University on June 11โ12, 2026. Centered on the theme, โPublic Administration, Diverse Indigenous Governance and Future of Regional Autonomy,โ the conference brought together scholars, indigenous leaders, policymakers, and researchers to exchange insights on governance, public administration, and Indigenous knowledge systems.
Representing MPSU were Dr. Jonnelle D. Fagsao, Ms. Luzlyn M. Agwilang, Dr. Joy Fraine M. Ngodcho, and Ms. Suzzelle C. Wangwang. A major highlight of the event was Dr. Fagsaoโs recognition as ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ for his paper on indigenous culinary naming, reflecting MPSUโs growing reputation for research excellence and its commitment to preserving and promoting Indigenous cultural heritage through scholarly inquiry and academic collaboration.
