
๐ง๐๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ, ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ โ Mountain Province State University (MPSU), under the leadership of Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Dr. Joy Fraine M. Ngodcho, the Director for Extension Services and Community Engagement, strengthened its commitment to regional and international research collaboration by joining fellow Cordillera State Universities and Colleges (CAR-SUCs) in signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐๐บ๐ถ๐ป-๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ ๐๐น๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ (๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐) ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, organized by Kalinga State University (KSU). As a co-host and academic partner, MPSU will support the promotion of quality research, faculty and student participation, and scholarly exchange.
In this activity, Atty. Denmark P. Butic served as one of the reviewers of the submitted research on the Social and Politics track. On May 25โ27, 2026, the conference served as a multidisciplinary platform for advancing justice, equity, inclusion, and sustainable development while strengthening research networks and institutional partnerships across the Cordillera region and beyond. Dr. Ngodcho shared her research on โTracing Land and Dispute Resolution Practice: A Qualitative Study of Indigenous and Barangay Collaborative Governanceโ and โAccessibility Law Implementation in an Indigenous Local Government Unit: Inclusive Governance and Service Delivery Challenges in Bontoc, Mountain Provinceโ as an oral presenter.
