The Department of Social Welfare and Development–Cordillera Administrative Region (DSWD-CAR), led by Mr. Gian Carlo L. De Guzman, paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the University President, MPSU, Bontoc on June 29,2026.
On behalf of University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, visitors were received by VP for Internationalization, Planning, and Information Management, Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan, together with Director for Planning and Development, Dr. Gemma A. Ngelangel, Focal person for the Tertiary Education Subsidy(TES) ,Mr. Jay B. Napanoy, and Coordinator for Alumni Relations and Job Placement (Bontoc Campus), Dr. Glen Gayagay.
Said visit served as an opportunity to strengthen institutional ties and explore areas of collaboration between MPSU and DSWD-CAR, particularly in programs that align with social development, education, and community engagement.
