Mountain Province State University (MPSU) received a generous donation of law books today, July 7, as Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Dalog-Duclan personally turned over the collection to University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue during a simple ceremony at the Office of the University President.
Through the initiative of Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Dalog-Duclan and Atty. Eric Duclan, fellow members of the legal profession came together to support the University’s efforts to strengthen its library collection and academic programs.
Esteemed donors are Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Dalog-Duclan, Atty. Eric Duclan, Atty. Blake Feken, Dean Marciano Delson, Atty. Floyd Lalwet, Atty. Brent Focasan, Atty. Willibroth Managtag, and Atty. Johannes Yapyapan.
On behalf of the MPSU community, President Cue expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the donors, emphasizing that their contribution is a meaningful investment in the education of current and future students and a step toward advancing academic excellence.
The newly donated books will complement the law book collections previously donated by the University of Baguio on February 9 and the Dalog Family on February 16, further supporting MPSU’s preparations for the opening of its Bachelor of Laws program.
