The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) community gathered for its weekly flag-raising ceremony, hosted by the Planning and Development Office today, July 13, 2026 at Admin Lobby.
In compliance with the Regional Memorandum No. 129, s. 2026 released by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), MPSU strengthened public awareness in support of the countryโs maritime rights and sovereignty.
The university displayed West Philippine Sea Information Awareness Standees across the campus and presented an audio-visual presentation on the West Philippine Sea during the ceremony, ensuring that the community not only remembered the victory but also understood its continuing significance.
This victory affirms that the territory belongs to us, not to any foreign nation and also reminder of the importance of safeguarding national territory, heritage, and dignity.
