Mountain Province State University (MPSU) President Dr. Edgar G. Cue graced the NSTP Orientation held at the Bontoc Campus University Auditorium, today, July 4, 2026.
In his message, Dr. Cue gave practical tips on achieving high grades through discipline and effective study habits. He also emphasized proper money management, encouraging students to set priorities and distinguish needs from wants.
“Focus on your studies, stay disciplined, and always set your priorities, especially in managing your finances.” , said Dr. Cue.
The orientation introduced students to the NSTP program, its objectives, and expectations as they begin their university journey.
