MECHANICS & GUIDELINES
ASSEMBLY
โข Gathering: Pre-registered employee groups of five (5) must gather at the MPSU Bontoc Frontage at exactly 5:00 AM.
โข Preparation: Garbage bags will be distributed, followed by a brief route orientation.
โข Registration: If your team hasn’t registered yet, please sign up in advance at the Sports and Recreations Unit or the Events Management Office.
THE RUN & RECORD
โข The Activity: Teams will jog or run along designated municipal highway sectors, actively collecting non-biodegradable litter to protect our local ecosystem.
โข 
Verification Requirement: To ensure the legitimacy of trash sources, each team MUST record a continuous time-lapse video from the start to the finish of their plogging route. This video is strictly required and must be submitted alongside your collected waste.
THE WEIGH-IN
โข The Checkpoint: Surrender your garbage bags and time-lapse video at the final Latang Bridge Checkpoint.
โข The Audit: Event marshals will review your team’s time-lapse video, audit the contents of the bags, and weigh the legitimate municipal waste per kilo. This will be used to log the university’s net environmental service output!
