This official MPSU Community Engagement and Service Activity is happening alongside the grand launching of the MPSU Employee Sports Fest. Let’s kick off our sports season by working together to keep our local ecosystem clean!

MECHANICS & GUIDELINES
ASSEMBLY
β’ Gathering: Pre-registered employee groups of five (5) must gather at the MPSU Bontoc Frontage at exactly 5:00 AM.
β’ Preparation: Garbage bags will be distributed, followed by a brief route orientation.
β’ Registration: If your team hasn’t registered yet, please sign up in advance at the Sports and Recreations Unit or the Events Management Office.
THE RUN & RECORD
β’ The Activity: Teams will jog or run along designated municipal highway sectors, actively collecting non-biodegradable litter to protect our local ecosystem.
β’ 
Verification Requirement: To ensure the legitimacy of trash sources, each team MUST record a continuous time-lapse video from the start to the finish of their plogging route. This video is strictly required and must be submitted alongside your collected waste.
THE WEIGH-IN
β’ The Checkpoint: Surrender your garbage bags and time-lapse video at the final Latang Bridge Checkpoint.
β’ The Audit: Event marshals will review your team’s time-lapse video, audit the contents of the bags, and weigh the legitimate municipal waste per kilo. This will be used to log the university’s net environmental service output!
