The College of International Hospitality and Sustainable Tourism Management (CIHSTM) held its Student Orientation yesterday, July 1, 2026, at the Mayaen Sports Complex, highlighted by the presence of University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by his Chief-of-Staff, Dr. Karen B. Cue.
In his address, Dr. Cue shared a powerful message to the students:
“Always remember: failure does not define you. What defines you is how you rise after every fall. I am sharing these things with you not to scare you, but to prepare you. I want you to understand that college life is a journey that will test you, shape you, and help you become the person you are meant to be.”
Said orientation served as a meaningful start to the academic journey of CIHSTM students, equipping them with guidance and inspiration as they embark on their college life.
