The Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-CAR) invites all interested individuals to join the CHANGE (Cordillera Higher Education Advocates’ Network for Gender Equality) Logo Design Contest.
The contest aims to create the official logo of CHANGE, a regional network of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Cordillera Administrative Region committed to promoting gender equality, women’s empowerment, inclusivity, diversity, gender-responsive governance, collaboration, and transformative leadership.
Who Can Join?The contest is open to:
• Students
• Faculty members
• Non-teaching personnel
• Alumni of Higher Education Institutions
• Professional artists
• Graphic designers
• The general public
Contest Guidelines
The logo must be an original work of the participant. Entries must not have been previously published, submitted to another contest, or generated wholly or partially using Artificial Intelligence (AI) image-generation platforms. The design should reflect the vision, mission, and core values of CHANGE, incorporating themes of gender equality, inclusivity, collaboration among higher education institutions, and the distinct identity of the Cordillera Region. The logo must be suitable for both colored and monochrome formats and remain clear and recognizable when resized. Only one (1) entry is allowed per participant.
Submission RequirementsSubmit the following:
• High-resolution PNG file with a transparent background
• Editable source file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PSD)
• A Concept Paper (maximum of 300 words in PDF format) explaining the symbolism and meaning of the logo, including the participant’s name, contact number, and email address.
