MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue administered the oath of office to four newly appointed employees at the Office of the President on July 21, 2026.
The appointees were Mr. Ferdie L. Sia-ed as Assistant Professor I under the College of Health Care Education; Mr. Timothy W. Puma-at as University Researcher II under the Research, Development and Publication Office; and Ms. Lailani D. Bantasan, Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III), and Ms. Ursula C. Dontogan, University Extension Specialist IV, both under the Extension Services Unit.
The oath-taking ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Epiphania B. Magwilang, Vice President for Innovation, Research Development, Publication and Extension; Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, Bontoc Campus Administrator; Atty. Evelyn Marrero-Moga, HRMO Director; Mr. Alfredo O. Fomocao Jr., Dean of the College of Health Care Education; Dr. Joy Fraine M. Ngodcho, Director for Extension Services and Community Engagement; and the appointees’ colleagues, families, and friends.
