The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) announces the opening of applications for the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program (ILP) 2026, a scholarship initiative of the LANDBANK Countryside Development Foundation, Inc. (LCDFI) under the theme: “600@60: Developing Scholars and Nurturing Talents Towards Serving the Nation.”
Said scholarship program aims to provide educational assistance to deserving but underprivileged students who are children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or Small Farmers and Fishers (SFFs).
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
Applicants must:
Be a resident of Mountain Province; Be a child or grandchild of an ARB or a Small Farmer/Fisher registered in the RSBSA; Have a minimum average grade of 90% or belong to the Top 10% of their Senior High School class; Not be enjoying any other scholarship, grant, or financial assistance; and Have an annual family income not exceeding ₱300,000.00.𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬

3. Submit the accomplished application form, complete supporting documents, and a pre-recorded self-introduction video (maximum of 3 minutes) answering the following questions through the designated Google Form:
