The Mountain Province State University community led by University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue gathered for the regular flag-raising ceremony to kick-off the week with Strategic Communications as host, July 27.
In line with the celebration of World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly, the University community also extended heartfelt appreciation to grandparents who have nurtured generations with wisdom, love, and guidance.
