Mountain Province State University held the 12th Testimonial Dinner for Licensure Examination for Public Accountants (LECPA) Passers, Ms. Janien P. Balew, Ms. Evelyn T. Fuchadcha, Ms. Maurin N. Oplawan, Ms. Ahlyanne Dimay B. Rodrigo, and Ms. Clara Joy S. Togmoy at Basil and Lime Hall on July 25, 2026.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue through Accountancy Department Chairperson Ms. Jenifer N. Damayan graced the event with a heartfelt message of pride and encouragement to the newly licensed CPA.
In his message, Dr. Cue reminded the passers that their license is more than a credential, as it signifies a commitment to uphold honesty, accountability, and integrity in the practice of their profession.
“Let the title “Certified Public Accountant’ be more than an addition to your name; let it be a promise of the kind of professional and person you choose to become. May your name be remembered not only because of the title you earned, but because of the trust and positive change you created,” he said.
Representing Hon. Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog Jr., Mr. Erlindo O. Agwilang also delivered an inspiring message, congratulating the newly licensed Certified Public Accountants and encouraging them to uphold excellence, integrity, and dedication as they embark on their professional journeys.
Said event was filled with pride, gratitude, and inspiration as the MPSU community celebrated the triumphs of its graduates, reaffirming the university’s legacy of excellence and service. #
