MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue welcomed delegates from the Cordilleran Youth Center (CYC) during a courtesy visit today, July 29.
Composing the CYC team were Happy Dave Ruz, Raven B. Mensenas, Ned Tuguinay, Yael Paquito, Chander Llanfair Gabriel, and Jillian D. Bagni. They were joined by Chief-of Staff Dr. Karen B. Cue and Bontoc Campus Administrator Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed.
Said visit focused on discussing the logistic details, academic arrangements, and institutional endorsement necessary to facilitate the participation of Ms. Jillian D. Bagni, a second year student of BS Secondary Education (Major in Social Studies), in the Youth for Change and Action (YOUCA) exchange in Belgium, Europe.
YOUCA is a gathering of young people from Spain, Brazil, and Belgium for an intensive program focused on intercultural dialogue and active citizenship on global justice and sustainability.
Dr. Cue expressed his appreciation and support for the CYCโs initiative in fostering youth empowerment and collaboration, noting that such engagements strengthen the universityโs ties with community-based organizations and highlight the shared commitment to education and leadership develop.
