
𝗜𝗡𝗬𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗞𝗔𝗠𝗜 || Mountain Province State University (MPSU), through University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, extends its heartfelt gratitude to Atok Haven Transient House and Northern Blossom Transient House in Paoay, Atok, Benguet, for accommodating 20 MPSU Nursing students who were stranded yesterday, August 9, 2026, due to road closures caused by landslides amid the recent inclement weather.
The MPSU community likewise extends its deepest appreciation to the Local Government Unit of Atok and the Atok Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) for their prompt response and assistance in ensuring the safety and welfare of the stranded students. Their timely intervention provided much-needed reassurance to the students during this challenging situation.
To the management and staff of Atok Haven Transient House, the LGU Atok, Northern Blossom Transient, and the Atok MDRRMC, MPSU is sincerely grateful for your compassion, assistance, and concern for the welfare of our students. Your actions embody the spirit of 𝒃𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏 and demonstrate how compassion and community solidarity can make a meaningful difference in times of adversity.
