ADVISORY || Alternative Work and Learning Arrangements

In view of Memorandum Circular No. 133 issued by the Office of the President on August 31, 2026, directing government offices in Mountain Province and other identified areas to implement appropriate Alternative Work Arrangements (AWA) due to the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, Mountain Province State University will adopt alternative work and learning arrangements on September 1, 2026.

Accordingly, all classes, meetings, programs, and other University activities scheduled for the said date are hereby SUSPENDED until further notice.

Notwithstanding the suspension, alternative arrangements shall be observed to ensure the continuity of essential teaching, learning, and University operations. Faculty members shall implement flexible learning arrangements, students shall participate in appropriate learning activities as provided by their instructors, while administrative and support staff shall observe the prescribed Work-from-Home arrangement.

The MPSU community is encouraged to remain vigilant, exercise caution, prioritize personal safety, and stay updated through official University announcements.

For information, guidance, and strict compliance.
