
Mountain Province State University (MPSU) officially wrapped up its “Horizon 2026: Elevating Institutional Quality Through Integrated Management System (IMS) Trainings” with a closing program held today August 28, 2026, at the Administration Conference Hall.
The event marked the culmination of intensive capacity-building efforts aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency and institutional standards across the university. The program commenced with opening remarks by Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, Vice President for Academic Affairs, followed by an inspirational message from University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by Dr. Karen B. Cue.
Highlighting the commitment to excellence and stakeholder appreciation, the ceremony featured a gesture of gratitude dedicated to the resource speakers who steered the IMS training sessions. The event concluded with closing remarks by Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., Vice President for Administration and Finance represented by Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan.
