
Newly hired Contract of Service (COS) employees of the University participated in an orientation designed to familiarize them with key university policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
The orientation covered a range of essential topics, including the universityโs VMGT, organizational structure, dress code, office hours, employee discipline, office decorum, appointment processes, and employee benefits. Additionally, participants were briefed on financial policies, cash advance liquidation, academic sector operations, ISO awareness, and Gender and Development (GAD) concepts, including gender sensitivity and personality development. The session also emphasized adherence to the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards (RA 6713).
Held annually, this initiative ensures that new employees are well-informed about the universityโs goals and operational procedures, equipping them to contribute effectively to the institutionโs success.#
