To capacitate the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Level II students, the Mountain Province State University (MPSU), through the School of Healthcare Education (SHE), is conducting a training on Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses at Coffee and Lemon Function Hall, JBA Building, Samoki, Bontoc, MP.

This initiative aims to equip the nursing students with knowledge and skills to perform comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients not only in hospitals but also within the community setting.

In the message of MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Bontoc Campus Executive Director Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, he asked the students to actively participate in such activities to further their knowledge in managing illnesses.

โ€œThat being said, as nursing students of MPSU, you are preparing yourselves to be the lifeline of our community, as one day soon, you will be the source of hope, empathy, and healing to the people and to the whole community. In simple words, soon you will be saving lives. Hence, take every seminar and workshop to heart and open your eyes to the soul of service,โ€ said Dr. Cue.#
