
In preparation for the opening of the first semester, Academic Year 2025โ2026, the Faculty Selection Board facilitated the hiring of permanent and emergency faculty members to teach in all the University’s campuses.
The recruitment process included a series of demonstration teaching sessions and panel interviews, designed to assess both the pedagogical skills and subject matter expertise of the applicants. These procedures ensured that only the most qualified candidates were considered for temporary teaching appointments.
Upholding the principles of the Ease of Doing Business Act, the Board emphasized transparency, efficiency, and inclusivity throughout the process. All applicants, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or background, were welcomed and evaluated based on merit.
