
The University is proud to announce that its application for accreditation as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider has been officially approved by the CPD Council of Professional Teachers of the Professional Regulation Commission. We have been granted CPD Accreditation No. PTR-2025-766.
This recognition marks a significant milestone for MPSU as we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence in education and professional growth.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗣𝗗?
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a mandatory requirement for registered and licensed professionals to renew their professional identification cards. Established by Republic Act No. 10912, or the CPD Act of 2016, it ensures professionals maintain and enhance their knowledge and competencies through various accredited learning activities.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗖𝗣𝗗 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿?
As an accredited CPD provider, MPSU will now offer:
 CPD-certified seminars, workshops, and training programs
 Professional Teachers and other PRC-regulated professionals required to earn CPD units for license renewal.
 Programs designed to support career advancement and skills enhancement
 Access to updated knowledge, trends, and best practices in various fields
This development further strengthens MPSU’s role as a hub for professional development, equipping educators and professionals with the skills and credentials they need to thrive in their fields of specialization.
