The seminar brought together faculty members from various Higher Education Institutions across the region. Participants engaged in in-depth sessions and teaching simulations on the heritage of Cordillera to enhance the relevance and cultural grounding of academic programs.

The training also provided a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and resource-sharing among educators committed to promoting regional heritage and identity in higher education.

Organized as part of ongoing efforts to institutionalize indigenous knowledge and heritage studies, FITS underscores the importance of culturally responsive teaching and the need to preserve the rich heritage of Cordillera through education.#
