Representing MPSU were Ms. Sylesia Kaning K. Pangesfan in the Science and Mathematics Education category and Dr. Rachel F. Posot in the Extension Project Paper category. Both presenters earned the 2nd Best Paper Award in their respective categories. Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed served as MPSUโs PCSMT Coordinator during the event.
The annual congress, a key platform for State Universities and Colleges nationwide, featured 54 participants from 25 institutions. The event focused on showcasing research outputs and extension initiatives in science, mathematics, and technology under the theme โBridging Theory and Practice: Research and Extension Synergies in Science, Mathematics, and Technology.โ
These awards underscore MPSUโs strong emphasis on quality research, innovation, and community engagement. Through the dissemination of new knowledge and sustainable practices, MPSU aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to promote inclusive and sustainable development.
