MPSPC Orients newly hired COS Personnel

50 newly hired Contract of Service employees from the different campuses of the College attend this year’s Orientation with Gender and Development Dissemination at the Admin Conference Hall, today, March 20, 2024.

College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by the Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr. highlights the importance of the event as the College gears toward providing appropriate norms and moral conduct among the biggest clientele of the institution- the students as well as building a just and humane society for the general welfare. “Indeed, let us be familiarized with the operations and processes of our College, and imbibe in ourselves the code of conduct and ethical standards, and uphold the public interest, as we prove the phrase “Public service is a public TRUST,” he added.

The orientation is an annual event to help the employee understand their assigned duties, terms and conditions of employment as well as the organizational culture of the institution. This year’s orientation integrated the fifth Sustainable Development Goal on Gender Equality to promote inclusivity in the workplace.
