Mountain Province State University (MPSU) formally concluded its Training for the Quality Management System (QMS) on November 14, 2025, at the University Administration Hall, gathering faculty and staff from various units in a continued effort to strengthen institutional processes and promote a culture of excellence.
The multi-session training aimed to deepen participantsโ understanding of quality standards and enhance the universityโs commitment to transparent, effective, and accountable operations. Throughout the program, employees were equipped with updated tools and knowledge to ensure that MPSUโs services remain responsive and aligned with both national and international benchmarks through the expertise and guidance of resource speaker Mr. Vincent Ellie B. Jaramilla.
In a closing message delivered on behalf of MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr. encouraged employees to apply the lessons learned and to sustain the momentum of improvement.
“The knowledge we gained must be applied, practiced, and continuously improved. Let us work together to sustain a culture where quality is not merely measured but lived, where every action reflects our mission, and every outcome brings pride to our university community,” Dr. Cue stated.
