Led by their Course Professor and College of Advanced Education Dean, Dr. Francisco C. Armas, the academic delegation explored the intricate layers of community structures, local programs, and grassroots initiatives that shape Barangay Talubinโs unique socio-cultural landscape.
The field engagement wasnโt just a learning opportunityโit was a strategic move to align academic pursuits with real-world challenges. Itโs a blueprint for inclusive, community-driven progress.
