The seminar also ensures that the assessment of student learning is fair and objective and equips the participants of the necessary knowledge for the Table of Specifications construction.

Dr. Ramir S. Austria and Dr. Rhoda B. Galangco serve as the resource speakers.

In his message, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue noted that the event is crucial as a valid and reliable test is “a true reflection of competence, a fair measure of efforts and a bridge for lifelong success” and that “every learner is evaluate according to standards that honor their efforts and knowledge.”
