
Administration Conference Hall— MPSU-Bontocโs Administrator, Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed led a meeting with Deans and Program Chairpersons to tackle critical academic and administrative priorities aimed at enhancing University operations.
The meeting primarily focused on reviewing key performance documents, including Accomplishment Reports, Daily Time Records (DTR), Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR), Personal Data Sheets (PDS), and Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN).
In-depth discussions focused on evidence-based academic planning and program implementation to maintain instructional quality and responsive governance. The responsible management of university facilities was also highlighted to ensure safety and sustainability.
The group reviewed the Internship Syllabus to better align student experiential learning with industry standards. Benchmarking efforts were discussed as a tool to adopt best practices from peer institutions, alongside clarifications on faculty service credits.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue also addressed the body, urging a unified commitment to accountability and excellence in public education.
The meeting concluded with renewed dedication among academic leaders to uphold quality standards and strengthen institutional performance for the benefit of the university community.
